Per fast traffic route (A 23 / B 5 to Husum and A 7 / B 199 to Niebüll) is every village fast to reach. Good constructed federal roads lead to Scandinavia ports in Kiel and Lübeck. The stepping-stone to the Scandinavian countries - Denmark- lies at the front door.
Regular Intercity-tact traffic means a brilliant national connection to the rails.
In Westerland / Sylt is the traffic airport and the traffic landing places are Husum-Schwesing,
St.Peter-Ording and Wyk on Föhr as well as several special landing places like Bordelum, Pellworm and Leck makes a good connection to and from Nordfriesland possible also by air.
